Halloween Festivities in Richmond

There are more than 15 different ways to celebrate Halloween in Richmond this year including Wild Things at the Richmond Nature Park on Saturday and Sunday, October 27 and 28 through to the Halloween Fireworks Festival in Minoru Park on Wednesday, October 31. Check out the full list below in date order.

Richmond Firework Regulations
Fire-Rescue would like to remind the public of the City of Richmond’s Fireworks Regulation, Bylaw No. 8306 (section 9.14) which states:
– A person must not purchase, sell, display for the purpose of sale, offer for sale, give, dispose of or distribute fireworks to any person.
– A person must not possess, ignite, explode, set off, or detonate fireworks except as permitted under a display permit.
